Your new area of responsibility:
As the first point of contact for our customers and partners, you will be in constant dialogue with them, making proactive calls and gradually building a long-term and trusting relationship with them
You will confidently introduce yourself, the company and our products to potential new customers
You proactively keep yourself informed about products, prices and processes and are in constant internal dialogue with them
In addition to hot and cold calling, you will prepare profitability and amortisation calculations for customer offers
You enter all contacts and project statuses into our database so that you don’t get bogged down by all the warm and hot leads
You always keep the regional sales manager up to date on your successes
What you bring with you:
First and foremost, you should enjoy open customer contact
You have a talent for communication and have gained initial experience in customer acquisition
You are characterised by a very high degree of reliability, initiative and proactive thinking
You don’t have to be a professional in electrical engineering – but you should be willing to familiarise yourself with the technical details of our lights
Ideally, you identify with the topic of sustainability and can pass on your enthusiasm to others
You should be familiar with common IT applications (Office, Outlook)
