The new perma STAR VARIO generation is another milestone in lubrication technology. The successful product has been upgraded with even better technical properties, such as extended temperature- and pressure build-up ranges.

New perma STAR version with Bluetooth functionality

In addition, the perma STAR VARIO BLUETOOTH completes the perma product range in the future. Its integrated bluetooth functionality allows for remote configuration, maintenance and control. Real-time operation and monitoring of the high-precision lubricators is easy and convenient via the specially developed perma CONNECT APP.
This enables remote-mounting of the lubrication systems outside of dangerous areas and increases workplace safety. perma STAR VARIO builds up pressure of 7.5 bar and supplies the lubrication points with lubricant via a grease line of up to 5 m.

perma STAR VARIO operates independent of temperature and pressure within a temperature range from -40 °C to +60 °C. A variety of discharge periods (1 – 24 months, monthly or weekly intervals) and 4 different LC sizes (60, 120, 250, or 500 cc) help to meet individual lubrication point requirements. Operation of the LCD display is simple and self-explanatory via push button, settings of the reusable drive can be changed at any time.
Various applications

The electromechanical lubrication system is suited for the lubrication of roller and sliding bearings, open gears, gear racks, spindles, shaft seals and chains. Due to the precise lubricant metering, perma STAR VARIO is ideal for the lubrication of electric motors with specified lubricant quantities. The perma STAR VARIO is also sealed against water and contaminant ingress.
