The maintenance in Dortmund is just around the corner and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you soon.
On 15 December 2023, we offered you a “kick-off” live appointment to discuss the most important points of a successful trade fair appearance and to give you the opportunity to ask us your questions directly.

The Exhibitor Kick-Off will take place on 15.12.2023 from 10h-11h!

During the Exhibitor Kick-Off we will clarify all questions regarding stand construction and graphics (Team Operations), trade show marketing (Marketing Team), Touch & Collect, EasyGo (IT Team) and provide general information for your successful trade show participation. The exhibitor kick-off will take place as usual via Microsoft Teams-Call.

Our checklist will guide you through all the important steps to ensure that your stand is perfectly prepared and that your presentation is a complete success. The technical manual provides detailed information on the technical requirements on site so that you can concentrate fully on your offer. In addition, various advertising materials are available to draw attention to your stand. You can also take advantage of our wide range of sponsorship opportunities to position your brand even more prominently and expand your network.

A standardised admission price of EUR 30 applies for all visitors to maintenance Dortmund 2024 this year. Free voucher codes for visitor tickets are available exclusively to you as an exhibitor. This enables you to invite your customers and contacts to the trade show free of charge. This measure emphasises the exclusivity for you as an exhibitor.
